I'm Gary Keogh

I spent 27 years in marketing roles in two FTSE100 companies and two family owned businesses, including 11 years on various boards. My passion for unlocking and igniting potential in my teams led me to undertake a Masters in Coaching and Behaviour Change, at Henley Business School, where I specialised in how to cultivate psychological safety. Since then I have founded and run my own coaching practice GK Exec Coaching.
